How to Return an Unsatisfactory Product to Roots & Harvest

Any item that is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you have a product you would like to return through Roots & Harvest's Guarantee, you must contact our Customer Service Team to request a return authorization at 1-877-509-3457. Absolutely NO returns will be granted without prior authorization. Roots & Harvest may refund the purchase price or replace the item.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is NOT refundable with Roots & Harvest's Guarantee. We will not refund the cost for shipping the product to you, nor will we cover the expense to ship the item back to Roots & Harvest.
