The #RHCommunity is all about self-sufficiency, empowerment, and learning! We’re a group of like-minded individuals passionate about providing for our families and mastering DIY skills like canning, dairy making, and gardening. In this supportive space, we share knowledge and work together to build sustainable, independent lives. Come grow with us!

Andes Beebe

Rooted in the heart of Washington State, Andes shares the everyday rhythms of farm life while inspiring others to embrace traditional skills and self sufficiency. From canning and gardening to raising livestock and processing homegrown food, she believes the best lessons are learned by doing—and that the right tools can give anyone the confidence to get started. Through every season on the farm, she hopes to inspire others to slow down, embrace a hands-on lifestyle, and find joy in creating a life closer to the land.

Beth Declercq

Beth, along with her husband Tommy, and their eight children live on a 10-acre family homestead in Michigan. She is passionate about inspiring people to live a hands-on, homegrown life.

Candace Johnson

I'm a homesteader from Washington who believes there's something incredibly rewarding about knowing where your food comes from and being the best steward of the animals and land you've been entrusted with. Through The Sonner Stead, I share the successes, the mistakes, and everything I'm learning along the way in hopes of helping others feel confident enough to start their own journey.

Katie Carrico

Katie is an ex-high school English teacher turned shepherdess and homesteading mama. Alongside her husband and three little boys, she raises sheep hair, flower farms, and gardens on their quiet Kentucky farm.
