Do you need Mesophilic or Thermophilic cultures when using raw milk?

We would only suggest using pasteurized milk when making cheese.

How long will the culture stay viable if kept frozen?

They will last up to two years when frozen properly.

Does your Mesophilic Shelf Stable Culture contain sucrose and/or maltodextrins

Our cultures do not contain maltodextrins. However, they are blended with lactose and may contain sucrose.

Will this culture also work with A2/A2 cream? Snowville Creamery is a national, commercial brand. Thanks!

This culture should work with all types of milk, barring Ultra-Pasteurized and High Heat Treated options.
