Order Processing

Orders placed after 12 pm EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders received after 12 pm EST on Fridays begin processing on the following Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. This will affect UPS Ground Shipping, Next Day and Second Day shipping methods.

• Substitutions: Roots & Harvest may at times substitute products of like kind for those shown. If a substitution is made by Roots & Harvest, it will be of equal or greater quality and similarly priced.

• Fraud Prevention: We diligently audit our orders to prevent fraud. Large dollar, first time orders and international orders may undergo our review process. Roots & Harvest reserves the right to reject credit card payments and request a different from of payment.

• Verify Your Address: If the shipping address you provide for your order is incomplete or incorrect, this could delay the shipping and delivery of your order.

Standard Ground Shipping

In stock orders shipped from Roots & Harvest Products deliver within 5 - 10 business days of the receipt of the order. Shipments to the 48 states incur Standard Shipping Costs as defined below. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories APO/FPO Addresses or Canada will be charged based on actual shipping charges incurred by UPS or USPS.

When Roots & Harvest Products ships an order via Standard Ground Shipping - orders will ship via UPS OR USPS.

• Please Note: If a shipping method other than standard is chosen, the shipping cost may increase if it is determined by Roots & Harvest that the order must ship in more than one box. Should this be necessary, Roots & Harvest will contact you for approval of any additional charges.

Standard Shipping Costs

UPS Ground Shipping

Orders shipping via our UPS Ground Shipping will leave our facility the same day (if ordered before 12 pm EST) and will ship via UPS to arrive within 3 - 5 business days. We call this Jump the Line. This option is only available to the contiguous 48 states.

USPS Priority Mail

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and the Armed Forces will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

Additional Shipping

Because some large items are bulky and heavy, these items have additional shipping charges. These charges are listed after the description of the product and are in addition to Standard Shipping Costs listed above.

Canada Customers

The shipping charges listed do NOT include Customs Fees, Duties or other charges incurred through your country's Customs Department. These charges may be due upon delivery.

Rush Delivery

Need it quick? No problem. UPS 2nd Day Air will get your order to you in 2 business days. Get your order in 1 business day with UPS Next Day Air shipping. Orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday to be shipped same day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday or on the weekend will not ship until the next business day. We do not ship NOR do we deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Backorders

If your order contains an item/or items that are showing on backorder, the order will be held to ship when all items are in stock unless you choose the option to ship ahead. Ship ahead means all items that are in stock will be shipped immediately leaving any backorders to ship together when all items have arrived in stock.

Returns

Any item, except food items (including but not limited to cultures), that has been deemed unsatisfactory by the customer may be returned within 30 days of the purchase. The item must have been purchased directly through Roots & Harvest to qualify for a return.

To begin the return process, please print and fill out the Return Form with all relevant information (please call our Customer Service Department at 877-509-3457 to get an RMA number for your return). Roots & Harvest will refund the purchase price or replace the item. Shipping is not refundable and is the responsibility of the customer.
