IMPORTANT PRODUCT SAFETY NOTICE

Dear Roots & Harvest Customer:

We want to alert you to a potential safety hazard with the Roots & Harvest Wide Mouth Pint Canning Jars 12 Pack. During our quality control inspection process, LEM Products Distribution, the distributor for Roots & Harvest brand, recently discovered small pieces of glass in some of the canning jars. These canning gars were sold at Orscheln Farm & Home Stores from approximately July 20, 2022, to July 26, 2022.

If you have purchased any of these Wide Mouth Pint Jars, do not use them. Put them aside in a secure location to prevent their use by anyone else.

LEM Products Distribution would like to provide a full refund for the jars. The Canning Jars should be returned to LEM as part of the refund. LEM WILL provide a postage-paid return tag.
