Best tool in the kitchen
These critters are the most useful tool in the kitchen. Counter scraper, dough cutter, mover of ingredients. Since this is a single piece of steel, there aren't any grooved to get stuff caught in. My sourdough kit came with a small wooden handled one. This is full sized and goes into the dishwasher.
