Preserve your harvest safely with our USDA-recommended Pressure Canners, available in 16-quart and 23-quart sizes. Perfect for canning low-acid foods like vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood, these canners also double as boiling-water canners for fruits, jams, jellies, pickles, and salsa. Crafted from heavy-duty, warp-resistant aluminum, they heat quickly and evenly on regular or smooth-top ranges.

The extra-large capacity handles big canning jobs with ease:

  • 16 Quart: 12 half-pints, 10 pints, 7 quarts
  • 23 Quart: 24 half-pints, 20 pints, 7 quarts

Features include ergonomic stay-cool handles, a strong-lock lid with pressure regulator, an easy-to-read dial gauge, and a canning rack for proper jar circulation. Built for safety and performance, these canners make home preservation simple and reliable.

Dr. Brigid McCrea

Educational, Extension Specialist, Chicken Whisperer

Dr. Brigid McCrea is an Extension Specialist at Auburn University working with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System. Her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Avian Science are from the University of California at Davis, and Ph.D. in Poultry Science is from Auburn University. She specializes in small flocks; niche market poultry products; and both pre– and post-harvest food safety. She is also the co-author of “The Chicken Whisperer’s Guide to Keeping Chickens,” “Chicken Fact or Chicken Poop,” and “Chicken Whisperer’s Guide to Zero Waste Chicken Keeping.”
