You can even use it to dispense coffee, cider, cocoa, and other hot beverages. The adjustable temperature ranges from 120° to 212°F, and an indicator light shows when the set temperature is reached.

This canner includes a one-piece stainless steel pot with a plug-in base, a snug-fitting glass lid with a ventilation hole, and a removable canning rack to keep jars off the bottom for proper circulation.
