This stainless steel vegetable slicer can easily slice or grate vegetables, potatoes, fruit, and cheese perfectly for all of your favorite dishes.

Heavy Duty Construction: Constructed of quality stainless steel, this durable slicer can create fruit and vegetable slices from paper thin up to 3/8" thick.

5 Interchangeable Blades Included: 5 ultra-sharp stainless steel blades that will slice your food effortlessly: 3 Julienne Blades, Slicing Blade, and Waffle Blade. Plastic food pusher with hand guard included.

Non-slip Feet and Slicing Guard: Non-slip rubber feet and slicing guard makes this mandolin slicer safe to use. The plastic guard helps keep your fingers safely away from the blades.

Easy Cleaning and Storage: Legs fold up for easy storage and it's top-rack dishwasher safe.

Dr. Brigid McCrea is an Extension Specialist at Auburn University working with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System. Her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Avian Science are from the University of California at Davis, and Ph.D. in Poultry Science is from Auburn University. She specializes in small flocks; niche market poultry products; and both pre– and post-harvest food safety.
