This Kombucha Brewing and Fermentation Heating Mat helps keep your brew in the ideal temperature range so you can ferment consistently year‑round. It includes the heat mat and an adhesive temperature gauge, giving you steady control over your Kombucha or Jun brew. Brewing vessel sold separately. Temperature control is one of the most important parts of making great Kombucha. The included adhesive temperature gauge lets you track your brew at a glance so you can stay in the safe zone and support healthy fermentation. You can adjust heat easily. For maximum warmth, wrap the mat around your brewing vessel and secure it with the provided rubber band. If it’s running too warm, stand the mat around the vessel like a heat wall. For the least warmth, lay the mat flat on a dry, stable surface and place the vessel on top. This flexibility makes it easy to adapt to seasonal temperature changes in your home. It’s a simple, reliable tool that keeps your fermentation steady—no matter the time of year.
