The ceramic material with a lead-free, food-safe glaze will not retain food’s flavors and makes cleanup easy. Designed for small-batch fermentation, these crocks are perfect for making sauerkraut, pickles, and preserving other foods. The protective cover keeps food safe during fermentation and when stored in your kitchen or pantry. Each crock features an interior lip that holds the lid in place, while the loose-fitting lid allows gases to escape—making it ideal for sourdough starters too.
