Large Capacity, Heavy Duty Construction: Made of heavy gauge stainless steel and a unique encapsulated base, the 11¾ quarts capacity provides plenty of space to harvest your favorite juice directly from the fruit. It is oven safe up to 400°F (205°C).

Easy to Use: Simply add water to the sturdy base, fill the top basket with fruit and bring to a boil. The steam gently releases the juice, which collects in the center chamber and travels down a clear silicone tube with clamp, so you can drain your juice into your container without lifting the pot.

Versatile - Juicer and Steamer: Great for making jellies and syrups or simply let the juice cool for a healthy drink. Juice from steamers is incredibly smooth and packed with nutrients. Doubles as a steam-cooker to steam vegetables, seafood or roast meats. Base can also be used for making or serving casseroles. Can be used on an induction stovetop.

Set Includes: 11¾ quarts Steamer insert; 4 quarts Juice container; 7¼ quarts Water pot; rubber tube and clamp. When assembled, pots are 18½" tall. Bottom pot (5½" tall) can be used separately or with the strainer pot. Middle pot (6½" tall) has a hole in the center and a spout on the side to release the juice. The top pot is a strainer. Set has a clear lid so you can easily monitor the steaming as it happens.
